Hotel is new, so pretty clean.

No parking for drivers or for them to shower and eat. Staff charged me extra unnecessarily and insisted I pay upon checkout.

Very good with multiple choice of Indian, continental, other delicacies, balanced with combination of seasonal fruits, nuts, juices and made to order, Enjoyed it with my daughter. as I am diabetic cannot have too much at a time helps by staff to take a some items for balance interval

Relaxed and flexible timing in the morning, staff also requesting for fresh cooked items like dosa, omlette and customize coffee, serving people of my age on the table itself and instant clearing

The stay was comfortable with clean rooms, courteous staff, and excellent amenities that made the experience relaxing.

Air conditioning of both rooms tripped several times. Was feeling suffocating as the fan is also not there

All over the experience was good. The room was comfortable and the staff was prompt in response and service.

Not worth it

There was a delay in check-in. Room allotted to us first (712) was very suffocating as it was way too small.Breakfast buffet was of very bad quality. Service was too slow in dining area. Also, they were not refilling the dishes. Tables were not clean either

The room was neat and clean and also the washroom. Food is fine.

Too much noise, terrace rooftop was closed for private function which was not told to customers, location is very bad. Breakfast was meh!

The room was very smallAs a habit i always check the minibar and there were lots of items missing so i took pictures and I went immediately to inform the reception to fill it or put an note to not charge me as i will not consume anything from it They said okay In the morning when i was checking out they wanted to charge me what i have already told and agreed to not charge me But in fairness the receptionist called her manager and they confirmed that as soon as i went to the room i informed them about the missing items in the minibar So they didn’t charge me but they waisted my time

This is a very good hotel and truly value for money. The food is excellent with bar facilities. Smiling staff always ready to help.

Everything was very nice and it was a good experience. The breakfast spread was really good and it was tasty also. Cleanliness was there and good rooms. The only small thing is the overpricing of vehicles when it came to dropping off to the railway station for a couple of kilometres they charged 1500 rupees

Great value in terms of per night , and decent rooms

Rooms are small for double occupancy, bescuse of that they feel a bit stuffy , breakfast was passable with room for improvement , check in was horrendous with confusion and delays .
